Grounded Wellness is a non profit yoga studio that cultivates a safe space for physical, emotional and spiritual growth through yoga. As a 501c3 Grounded Wellness teachers work with students and the community to integrate mindfulness, yoga and social justice.

All of our yoga classes combine elements from hatha (static holds) and vinyassa flow (sequenced movement) while concentrating on the breath and alignment. Each teacher has his or her own style (right down to their play list). Classes are designed to be challenging, accessible and provide options for beginners through experienced practitioners.
