Learn and refine the fundamentals of a well-rounded yoga practice including asana alignment, prop use, breathing techniques, and meditation tools. This class is perfect for both the raw beginner looking to explore the many facets of yoga and the seasoned practitioner looking to rediscover the basics.
All Bodies Rise Yoga (ABRY)
Expect chill music, deep breathing, gentle poses and use of props. Students are encouraged to move in a way that is protective + pleasurable for their unique self, in aim of fostering a connection to the body's infinite wisdom. All are welcome.
All other yoga classes combine elements from hatha (static holds) and vinyassa flow (sequenced movement) while concentrating on the breath and alignment. Each teacher has his or her own style (right down to their play list). Classes are designed to be challenging, accessible and provide options for beginners through experienced practitioners.
