UnFu*k Yourself is a zero bullshit approach to finding balance, setting boundaries and standing firm in your unique awesomeness. This workshop is for the people ready to challenge themselves mentally, physically and emotionally in order to release old wounds, and leave ready to kick some serious ass in life.

In this 3 hour workshop we will take an objective look at our trauma and learn how our emotional stress is stored in our bodies. W will use yoga asana, and group discussion to release the stresses stored within. We will also share tools, tips, and wellness inspiration so you can incorporate what you've learned in your daily life.

It is normal to feel indecisive, fearful, insecure, and maybe too short on time; but normal does not mean healthy. These are common everyday struggles that need not steal your joy and leave your panties in a wad. In addition to the in-person experience, we will be creating a private Facebook group for all participants to keep your spark lit and community inspired! This gives us an outlet where we can hold one another accountable for implementing positive action in our day-to-day lives.

About the presenters

Treven Hooker is a 200 hour RYT and believes that practicing yoga is not about what you can or cannot do. Rather, practicing yoga is about showing up on your mat to give care and compassion to yourself, where you are with what you have. His teaching aims to offer a clarity and calmness of mind, body and soul.

Jessica Luse is a Tucson enthusiast who loves sunshine, veggies and yoga! Her classes are a mix of practice and play and she aims to bring a lighthearted approach to the challenges of yoga, reminding us not to take life, or ourselves, too seriously. She completed her first 200 yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India and her second at Yoga Oasis.
