Empower YOUR Practice: Yoga Workshop with Cori and Treven

Learn how to use props and modifications as a way to make intermediate/advanced yoga poses accessible, safe and sustainable. 

The purpose of this workshop is to arm students with the knowledge and tools they will need to ensure an asana practice that is safe, sustainable and respectful of their bodies' limits. Students will be lead through a safe yet challenging 1 hour asana practice that incorporates 17 commonly taught intermediate and advanced poses. There will be a group discussion and some journaling followed by a meticulous breakdown of the 17 poses using props, modifications and variations so that they can be safely utilized in the students everyday practice. Beginners welcome!
