Amelia Rustaey created this workshop to help you cultivate your own personal yoga practice. Whether you have questions regarding asana, pranayama, mediation, or difficulties maintaining your practice, this workshop will help empower you to create a consistent home practice you love.
We will discuss ways to develop an asana practice through sequencing and intuitive movement, techniques for mediation and pranayama, and how to continue your self-study.
Amelia's goal is to help you find the tools you need while providing you some materials to facilitate that journey; you’ll leave class with sequences, mantras, aromatherapy mixes, music and book suggestions, and various online resources for you to feel confident in maintaining your practice. RSVP early for 25% OFF through February.
Please bring: yoga mat, journal, writing utensil, socks, any specific items you’d like to use (crystals, malas, etc.), and water.
