Yoga Fundraiser: EON Youth Lounge/Thornhill Lopez Center on 4th

EON Youth Lounge:Thornhill Lopez Center on 4th.jpg

On the 4th Friday of every month I will be accepting donations
~for causes I care deeply about~ in exchange for an hour of body positive All Bodies Rise Yoga. My aim for Fourth Friday Fundraisers are to bring awareness and show support for different anti-oppression movements in Tucson, while spending an hour nurturing ourselves so that we can show up more fully for others in our community.

March's recipient is a program called Eon Youth Lounge that is partnered with Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation in a location called the Thornhill Lopez Center on 4th. This after school hours drop-in center provides a safe place for LGBTQIA+ youth in Tucson to engage in community activities, such as weekly discussion groups that include topics like sex, activism, and peer support. Youth can also receive any services needed such as food, bus passes, hygiene materials, clothing, housing help, and more.

Come enjoy an hour of soothing yoga where we aim to release embodied trauma, reconnect with our own body's wisdom, and lean towards pleasure... while supporting with our presence and donations this important center that provides togetherness and necessities to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, two spirit, transgender, queer, questioning, intersexed, and allied youth in our city.

Visit the Eon Youth LoungeThornhill Lopez Center on 4th and Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation Facebook pages for more info! The center is located at:
