Amber Grafe, LAC RYT 200, is a liscenced mental health therapist and founder of Grounded Wellness. Amber's classes are accessible to students at all levels of practice. She leads her classes with a sense of humor, clear alignment instruction and invites students to tune-in to the wisdom their own bodies.

Emma Bell ABRY Teacher

Having been personally affected by the body shaming paradigm that rules the majority of mainstream culture today, Emma is very passionate about healing body image through mindfulness and yoga. Emma is a 200hr RYT and also a graduate of All Bodies Rise Yoga's mentorship program in Tucson, Arizona.

  Amelia Rustaey  Teacher  Amelia is RYT200 with a BA in Psychology. She leads all level vinyasa flow classes that incorporate mindfulness, psychology, humor and breath work. Amelia's yoga classes are playful and offer tools to use on and off the mat and are especially beneficial in building coping skills to manage depression and anxiety.

She approaches yoga with a willingness to learn from each new experience and aims to provide clear yoga instructions in a peaceful and meditative space.

  Molly McConnell  Teacher  Molly McConnell MA,  RYT 200  is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Molly found yoga as a way to heal and stabilize her hypermobile body and quickly realized that the benefits of the practice extended far beyond the physical. Molly is passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others and helping students become their most authentic selves. Her teaching aims to challenge students to reconsider what is possible, physically and mentally, while honoring and caring for the body. Her classes are primarily vinyasa flow with a focus on intention, mindful awareness, and self-compassion.
