Amber Gruller MS, LPC RYT 200 is a licensed mental health therapist and founder of Grounded Wellness. Amber's classes are accessible to students at all levels of practice. She leads her classes with a sense of humor, clear alignment instruction and invites students to tune-in to the wisdom their own bodies.
Treven Hooker RYT 500 believes that practicing yoga is not about what you can or cannot do. Rather, practicing yoga is about showing up on your mat to give care and compassion to your self. Treven is a 200hr RYT and his teaching aims to offer a clarity and calmness of mind, body and soul.
Becky Palmer MA, CRC, RYT 200 is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor who has a background working with individuals with disabilities and currently works in education with pre-school aged children. She approaches yoga with a willingness to learn from each new experience and aims to provide clear yoga instructions in a peaceful and meditative space.
Molly McConnell MA, RYT 200 is pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Molly found yoga as a way to heal and stabilize her hypermobile body and quickly realized the benefits of the practice extended far beyond the physical. Her teaching aims to challenge students to reconsider what is possible, physically and mentally, while honoring and caring for the body. Her classes are primarily vinyasa flow that focus on intention, mindfulness and self-compassion.
Allison Constanza RYT-200, Founder of Shakti in the Desert, has been practicing hatha yoga for over 18 years. She is a graduate of the 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Therapy College in Tucson, is a recognized All Bodies Rise Yoga (ABRY) instructor, and leads various yoga classes including ABRY, yin yoga, vinyasa, yoga nidra, and slow flow yoga classes. Allison is passionate about spreading peace and compassion for the self and for all life through the healing art of yoga.
Stacey Ramsower E-RYT 200, YACEP has been a student of yoga since the tender age of 14 when she began practicing along with a VHS tape in her parents' living room. She completed her 200hr training in 2005 at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA, and continues to deepen her practice through Somatic Experiencing and Ayurveda. Stacey offers an all-levels practice focused on resilience, self-compassion and learning how to make movement medicinal no matter the outer circumstance.
Amelia RYT200 holds a BA in Psychology. She leads all level vinyasa flow classes that incorporate mindfulness, psychology, humor and breath work. Amelia's yoga classes are playful and offer tools to use on and off the mat and are especially beneficial in building coping skills to manage depression and anxiety.
Jessica RYT 200 is a Tucson enthusiast who loves sunshine, veggies and yoga! Her classes are a mix of practice and play and she aims to bring a lighthearted approach to the challenges of yoga, reminding us not to take life, or ourselves, too seriously. She completed her first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, is RYT 200 and will begin her second this summer at YogaOasis..
